Sacred Unfolding is a soul-centered coaching and healing practice that supports individuals, especially during and after divorce, in navigating emotional transitions, reclaiming their worth, and realigning with their authentic self through a blend of psychology, Reiki, and spiritual coaching.

My services are for anyone navigating major life transitions, such as divorce, relationship changes, or identity shifts. If you're feeling lost, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or spiritually disconnected, this space is for you.
What is a Certified Divorce Coach?
As a Certified Divorce Coach, I provide emotional support, clarity, and practical tools during all stages of the divorce journey. I help you process emotions, reduce overwhelm, make aligned decisions, and move forward with confidence and integrity.
What is Reiki, and how does it work?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. It works by channeling universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands (in-person or remotely) to support your body's natural healing process.
Do I need to be spiritual to benefit from your services?
Not at all. Whether you’re spiritually curious or deeply connected to your faith, my work is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to your comfort level. You don’t need to “believe” in anything to feel the shift.
Can I work with you if I’m not going through a divorce?
Yes. While I specialize in divorce recovery, I also support clients navigating breakups, career changes, grief, identity crises, and spiritual awakenings. If you're in a season of transformation, you're in the right place.
